At our veterinary clinic, we offer three packages:

At home hospice consult/euthanasia only (no aftercare services) - $350

At home euthanasia and communal cremation (remains are not returned) - $450

At home euthanasia and private cremation (remains are returned in engraved wooden urn) - $700

Our packages apply to all weight ranges and include transportation for aftercare and returns!

Additional Fees

After hours fee (5pm-7pm): $50

Weekend (Saturdays after 1pm, Sundays): $50

Same Day Urgent: $75

Holidays: $100

Travel fee if beyond our 15-mile radius: $50-$100 (We are located in North Charlotte)

Memorial Keepsakes

All packages include a complimentary candle, a clay paw print, and hair clippings made by Dr. Ledain at the time of the home visit.

Private cremation include one additional complimentary clay paw print done by the care center. Hair clippings are also free of charge if one is requested.

Ink prints of the nose and/or paw are available for purchase from the care center for $25 each. Extra paw prints are $45.

We are partnered with Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services.
