How long will it take:

• Approximately 45-60 minutes. You set the pace!

How much notice is required to schedule an appointment?

• We ask for at least 24-48 hours notice. However, we all also do same day appointments!

Can my children and pets be present?

• Absolutely if you prefer it.

Are holidays, weekends, and evenings available?

• We do have availability Saturday mornings. Appointments can be arranged outside of our normal hours for an additional fee. We are closed on Sundays

Do you see all pets?

• We currently only service cats and dogs

Do I have to be present the whole time?

• You are welcome to be present the entire time or you may step away before the final injection

What about aftercare?

• Private and communal cremation are available through our partner, Faithful Companion. You are welcome to arrange aftercare with a different provider if you choose to.

Do you accept Care Credit?

• Yes we are now accepting Care Credit!

Do you do behavioral euthanasia?

• Yes but a phone consultation is required first and must be approved by Dr. Ledain.

My pet is anxious and not great with strangers. How do we go about the visit?

• We want your pet as comfortable as possible. Sometimes we recommend pre-medications prior to the visit ahead of time, gentle restraining techniques, and/or postponing the
  appointment if needed.
